Products specifications & materials
All our products specifications, descriptions and available materials are listed in the website and we do our best to make sure that all information is accurate & updated all the time, yet the navigation tool may have different display settings that may affect the accurate color degree of the product so that it might look lighter or darker according to your display setting, so make sure that you have neutral display settings.
For knowing the project details please read the product discretion below the product’s image as the images are for illustration purpose only.
Natural materials used in our products such as wood, marble, leather..etc. is subject to natural variations in color & surface structure, which deemed to be a defect in the product.
There would be minor variation in the product’s finish look as materials differ from one to another whether leather or fabric samples for the same product.
Choices are limited according to displayed material & available options below each product.
The item in the reality might differ 10% than the photo.
Please double check you measurements and revise the dimensions of the chosen pieces to fit in your space and fits through the entrances such as doors & windows.

سيكون هناك اختلاف طفيف في مظهر المنتج النهائي حيث تختلف الخامات من خامة إلى أخرى سواء كانت عينات من الجلد أو القماش لنفس المنتج
الخيارات تقتصر على المواد المعروضة والخيارات المتاحة أسفل كل منتج
قد يختلف العنصر في الواقع عن الصورة بنسبة 10٪ب

Payment
Full payment is required once order is done as all products are customized.
Payment methods are visa & debit card or collect at home.
الدفع و التحصيل
يتم دفع كامل المبلغ بمجرد إتمام الطلب عن طريق الفيزا أو تحصيلها في المنزل ولا يتم التسليم باي حال من الاحوال قبل سداد المبلغ كاملا
Delivery
Our aim always is to ensure the delivery is done in a professional and safe way to meet the highest standards.
Given delivery date is approximate estimated dates and may be subject to change, If this happens you will be informed of the changes.
The buyer will be notified about the exact delivery date as soon as the product is ready for delivery.
Official vacations are excluded from the delivery period.
Delivery periods may extend in case of disruptions in which seller is not responsible for ,including but not limited to strikes , lockouts & instances of force majeure.
We understand sometimes delays happen. However, we are unable to store customers’ products for more than 14days from the date of receipt otherwise this would be extra charge.

الإجازات الرسمية مستثناة من فترة التسليم
قد تمتد فترات التسليم في حالة الانقطاعات التي لا يكون البائع مسؤولاً فيها ، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، الإضرابات وحالات الإغلاق وحالات القوة القاهرة
نحن نتفهم حدوث تأخير في الاستلام من قبل بعض العملاء في بعض الأحيان, الا أن لا يمكننا تخزين منتجات العملاء لأكثر من 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام وإلا فسيكون هناك رسومًا إضافية
Shipment
All our products are to be delivered to the ground floor in residential apartments buildings. Any higher floors are the client’s responsibility, so insure to be available on stated date of delivery.
In case the buyer needed special carrying method for apartments above ground floor, carrying choice & expenses will be his responsibility.
Shipment’s charge will be applied according to the distance and other factors.
Our products are dedicated and need a special care and our priority to ensure safe shipping.
If the buyers request special packing or special shipment method the extra expenses arising will be invoiced separately.

يتم تسليم جميع منتجاتنا إلى الطابق الأرضي في المباني السكنية. أي تسليم لطابق أعلى من الدور الأرضي هي مسؤولية العميل ، لذلك تأكد من أن تكون موجود في تاريخ التسليم المحدد
في حالة احتياج المشتري إلى طريقه رفع خاصة لحمل الأثاث فوق الطابق الأرضي ، فإن تحمل النقل والنفقات ستكون مسؤولية المشتري
سيتم تطبيق رسوم الشحن وفقًا للمسافة وعوامل أخرى فمنتجاتنا تحتاج إلى عناية خاصة وأولويتنا هي الشحن الآمن
إذا طلب المشترون تعبئة خاصة أو طريقة شحن خاصة ، فسيتم إصدار فاتورة بالنفقات الإضافية الناشئة بشكل منفصل
عند تأخر العميل عن الإستلام في موعد اقصاه اسبوع عند موعد المحدد بالعقد يحق للشركة احتساب تكلفة التخزين و التأمين بواقع 5% شهريا
Accepting your delivery
Our products are guaranteed to have high quality standers that are checked by quality assurance department before reaching the client yet Pleas inspect your items upon delivery before signing the delivery acceptance form.
We don’t accept any returns or exchanges in case in case of non-faulted items.
All risk passes to the Client upon reception of the Products.

Cancelation
In order to deliver the product timely, your order will be considered on spot, so cancellation could be during the first 72 hours from ordering through cell phones listed in our website only t(No online cancellation) & 20% of the amount will be deducted.& no cancellation after 72 hours from ordering.

Return policy & exchange
These products are made according to special specifications (material, size, etc.) and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any modification in the color or the fabric of the same item should be done in no longer than 72 hours from ordering.
Our products are customized to meet the clients taste and preferences and it couldn’t be returned.
In case of manufacturing defect, we are committed to provide all required services to fix or exchange the product if necessary (please refer to delivery acceptance section).
